Remove RUN from start menu .... 

open cmd and type regedit and hit enter.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1.

Close Regedit, and restart computer.

Done!!
