Change Menu Delays Get High Speed:
You can remove any delay from menus sliding out. for this you will need to use regedit (open regedit by going to start -> run..., then typing 'regedit' and
pressing enter).

Remove RUN option from start menu ....
go to start>run and type regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Double click on "NoRun" and change "ValueData" from 0 to 1.
Close Regedit, and restart computer.
Done!!
